On Program ("we", "us", "the app") is a personal fitness training app. This policy explains what information the app collects, how it's used, and the choices you have. We keep this simple because the app is simple: it exists to help you train, and we only collect what's needed to do that.
When you create an account and use On Program, we collect:
We do not collect your precise location, your contacts, or advertising identifiers, and the app contains no third-party advertising or tracking.
Your data is stored using Supabase, our backend and database provider, on secure cloud infrastructure. Access to your private training data is restricted so that only you (through your logged-in account) can read or change it. Your public profile fields (name, username, streak, workout count) are readable by other On Program users, by design of the friends feature.
When you message the AI coach or leave a post-workout note, the text of that message — along with basic context like your goal, experience, equipment, and streak — is sent to Anthropic (the maker of Claude) to generate a reply. Anthropic processes this to return the response and does not use it to train their models via the API. Please don't share sensitive personal, medical, or financial information in coach messages. The AI coach provides general fitness guidance only and is not a substitute for professional medical or health advice.
Our current sub-processors are Supabase (hosting & database) and Anthropic (AI coach responses).
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising. Information is only shared as described above (with Supabase to store it and Anthropic to generate coach replies), with other users through the friends features you choose to use, or where required by law.
You can permanently delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete account. This erases your account, profile, logged workouts and sets, bodyweight history, badges, and friend connections. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
On Program is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
