This policy explains what information the On Program app ("On Program", "we", "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the app you agree to the practices described here.
We collect only what we need to run your training and the features you choose to use.
You can also use the app as a guest, without an account, in which case your data stays on your device until you choose to create an account.
On Program's Coach, post-workout feedback, and workout-plan import use a third-party AI service, Anthropic (Claude), to generate responses.
When you use one of these features, the training information you have entered — your profile, workout stats and history, session notes, imported plans, and the messages you send — is transmitted to Anthropic to produce a reply or read your plan. We ask for your consent inside the app before any data is sent to Anthropic, and you can choose not to use these features and continue using the rest of the app normally.
Anthropic processes this information to return a response and does not receive your email address or payment information. Anthropic does not use data sent through its API to train its models. You can read Anthropic's privacy practices at anthropic.com/legal/privacy.
We do not sell your personal data for money. We share information only with the service providers that make On Program and our website work, and, as described below, a limited amount with Meta so we can measure and improve our ads:

| Meta (Facebook) | Measuring which of our ads lead to installs. The Meta SDK in the app receives a few app events (app opened, sign-up completed, first workout completed, trial started, subscribed), basic device information and, where your device settings allow it, your device's advertising identifier. On iPhone the advertising identifier is only used if you allow tracking. Meta does not receive your email address, your training data or your messages. On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings. |
Our website (getonprogram.com). Our website uses the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure which of our ads lead to visits, sign-ups and purchases. When you use the site, Meta may receive the pages you view, the actions you take (for example viewing your plan, creating an account, starting checkout or buying), your browser and device information, your IP address, Meta's own cookies, and a scrambled (hashed) version of your email address and account ID. The email is hashed before it is sent, so Meta receives a coded version, not your actual address. Meta uses this to match activity to its users and to measure and improve our ads, under Meta's own data policy. You can opt out of ad personalization in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, and you can block or clear cookies in your browser. If you live in a place that gives you the right to opt out of this kind of sharing, email us at onprogramapp@gmail.com and we will honor your request.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the app.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from within the app (Profile → account settings), which removes your account and associated training data from our systems. You can also contact us to request deletion.
Your data is stored on managed, access-controlled infrastructure and transmitted over encrypted connections. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
On Program is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will remove it.
Your information may be processed and stored on servers located outside your country, including by the providers listed in Section 4. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and significant changes may also be communicated in the app.
